顶驱装置平衡油缸的故障分析及解决方案 被引量:1

摘要 针对现场出现的顶驱装置平衡油缸杆部耳环断裂的问题,从油缸结构、平衡油缸和扁担梁连接方式以及平衡机构的液压系统3方面进行了改进。活塞杆的一体化增加了剪切横截面的面积,避免了螺纹退刀槽的应力集中,大大减轻了剪切作用对活塞杆的伤害。球面销结构释放了油缸前后摆动的部分自由度,缓解了摆动过程中施加的剪切力。平衡机构液压系统上跳功能的改进,缓解了油缸的受力情况,增加了卸扣过程中的弹跳效果,满足了现场上跳效果的要求。现场应用表明,实施的改进措施基本解决了杆部耳环断裂的问题。 In light of the fracture of the balance cylinder's shaft earring in operation site,improvements were made on cylinder structure,connecting manner between balance cylinder and biandan(i.e.carrying pole) beam,and balance mechanism's hydraulic system.The integration of the piston rod increases the area of the shearing lateral section,avoiding the stress concentration of the screw thread relief groove and greatly reducing the damage of shearing to the piston rod.The spherical pin structure releases some freedom of the cylinder's front and back oscillation and relieves the shearing force produced by the oscillating process.The improvement of the upward-bouncing function of the balance mechanism hydraulic system relieves the force condition of the cylinder,reinforces the bouncing effect in the break-out process and satisfies the requirement of the bouncing effect in operation site.The field application shows that the problem of the shaft earring fracturing has basically been solved.
