垂体后叶素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血体会被引量：1

摘要目的:观察垂体后叶素和善得定(善宁)治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血疗效。方法:61例患者随机分为两组:治疗组(善宁组)30例用用善得定治疗,观察组(垂体后叶素组)31例用垂体后叶素治疗,两组一般治疗相同。结果:观察组治愈率96.8%,治疗组治愈率96.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:垂体后叶素在治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血时疗效肯定,费用较低。
