摘要
用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)及显微硬度仪等分析手段,对比分析了硅铁、结晶硅对铸钢件表面渗硅复合层厚度、微区成分、组织、性能的影响。结果表明,在合适的铸渗工艺方法下,用硅铁做铸渗剂可以在铸钢件表面得到厚度为2.1~3.3mm表面质量较好的铸渗硅复合层,在此复合层中存有显微硬度高达1025HV的片状共晶型析出物,并且复合层与母材铸钢的界面为结合牢固的锯齿型冶金结合状态。而用结晶硅做铸渗剂得到铸渗硅复合层与母材铸钢的界面仅为机械结合状态。
The effect of Si-Fe and Si crystal on the thickness, component and characteristic microstructure of composite layer for steel casting were analyzed, by SEM and EDS and micro Vickers. The results show that the thickness of composite layer with Si-Fe for steel casting is 2.1 - 3.3mm and the quality of casting surface is better by appropriate casting techniques . The flake precipitate with Vickers-hardness 1025 exists in composite layer. The interphase between Si-Fe composite layer and cast steel is firm metallurgy bond state with sawtooth-like. Moreover the interphase between crystal silicon composite layer and cast steel is firm metallurgy integrative machine bond state.
