成年斑马鱼牙齿的扫描电镜观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的用扫描电镜观察研究成年斑马鱼牙齿的形态和超微结构并和人类的牙齿进行比较。方法以成年斑马鱼(鱼龄>3个月)为研究对象,在体视显微镜下,解剖成年斑马鱼腮弓,分离第五腮弓,去净软组织,常规扫描电镜标本制备,日立S-3000n扫描电子显微镜下观察。结果成年斑马鱼牙齿位于第五腮弓上,约11颗功能牙,外形呈锥形,没有牙根,类似人类牙齿的牙尖,也由类似人牙釉质和牙本质样的硬组织包绕其内的牙髓腔构成。斑马鱼牙齿的牙本质层结构疏松,其内有很多贯穿牙面至牙髓腔的孔道,类似人牙齿的牙本质小管,牙本质小管内可见牙本质细胞突,牙髓腔内也有牙髓样软组织结构。结论扫描电镜下,成年斑马鱼牙齿与人类牙齿具有高度相似性,能够模拟人类牙齿的形态和组织特征。斑马鱼作为研究牙发育的模式动物在组织形态上是具有有利条件的。 Objective To research the form and the ultrastructure of the adult zebrafish tooth under the scanning electron microscope and compare with those of the human teeth. Methods The zebrafish ( aged over than 3 months) were included in this experiment. The integrity pharyngeal arch skeleton was dissected from the adult zebrafish under the stereomicroscope. The morphology of tooth was observed under the scanning electron microscope. Results The adult zebrafish has five pairs of pharyngeal arch and about eleven teeth on the fifth pharyngeal arch per side. The teeth are acrodont that have no dental root. The shape of the teeth is metuliform which looks like the human tooth cusp. The sclerous tissue structure of the zcbrafish tooth is very similar to the enamel and dentin of human tooth. There are also plenty of dentinal tubules among the tooth dentin. The zebrafish tooth also has pulp cavity, and there pulp also are tissue inside it. Conclusion The morphology of zebrafish tooth is similar to that of the human tooth under the scanning electron microscope.
