摘要
目的采用L(934)正交试验对普洱生茶茶多酚的提取工艺进行研究.方法用分光光度法测定普洱生茶茶多酚含量.结果水提取普洱生茶茶多酚的最佳组合为提取温度80℃,料液比1:30,提取时间30min.在优化的提取工艺条件下,云南勐库大叶种普洱生茶茶多酚平均含量(16.30±0.63)mg/g.结论水提普洱茶茶多酚方法简便可行.
Objective To study the water extracting technology of tea polyphenol in puer raw tea by means of orthogonal test L9(3^4). Methods The tea polyphenol in puer raw tea was Determined by spectrophotometry. Results The results showed the optimum extraction process was as follows:extraction temperature 80 ℃, ratio of material to liquid 1:30 and extraction time 30 min. The average content of tea polyphenol in large-leaf puer raw tea from Mengku in yunnan province was (16.30 ± 0.63 ) mg/g under this condition. Conclusion It is feasible and simple to extract tea polyphenol from puer raw tea by water extracting technology.
