摘要
目的探讨高校教工职业紧张(付出-回报失衡)与睡眠障碍的关系.方法采用自填式中文版付出-回报失衡问卷对云南省某高校教工1244人(男626人,女618人)进行职业紧张测评,同时收集其睡眠时间资料.结果调整了性别、年龄、婚姻、工作部门、自评健康状态后,随着外在付出、内在投入的增加,高校教工的睡眠时间逐渐减少(P<0.05).随着职业紧张程度的增加,高校教工的睡眠时间逐渐减少(P<0.05).与处于低水平职业紧张状态的高校教工相比,处于高度职业紧张状态的高校教工睡眠时间减少了0.25h(P<0.01).结论进一步证实了职业紧张与睡眠障碍有关联.
Objective To examine the relationship between job stress and sleep time in university staff. Methods The job stress was measured in 1 244 university staff by the Chinese self-reported Effort-Reward Imbalance questionnaire. The information on sleep time was also obtained from questionnaire. Results After adjustment for relevant confounding factors, high effort and high overcommitment were associated with shorter sleep time (P 〈 0.05). Furthermore, compared to those with low-level job stress, sleep time of those with high-level job stress was a 0.25 hour shorter (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The results further confirmed the relationship between job stress and impaired sleep.
