摘要
目的了解云南省某县参合农民对新型农村合作医疗药品供应满意度,并探讨其影响因素.方法横断面调查,采用多阶段分层抽样,以问卷进行调查.结果3个村218位参合农民对新农合定点医疗机构药品供应满意度的评价及经济情况不同对药品的满意度不同(P<0.05),有序分类logistic回归分析得出药品种类、价格、家庭总支出影响了对药品的满意度.结论不同经济水平的参合农民满意度不同,多种因素影响了其对满意度的评价.
Objective To know the farmers＇ satisfaction of the drug supply and the influence factors in the New Rural Cooperation Medical System （abbr.NRCMS） in Yunnan. Methods It was a cross-sectional study, the multi-stage stratified sampling and questionnaires were used in the survey. Results The 218 farmers from three different villages had different appraisement of the drug supply satisfaction. The different villages in the different economic conditions had different attitude to the drug supply satisfaction （P 〈 0.05）. And through the logistic regression, the kinds of drug, price of drug and total household expenditure impacted the satisfaction of the drug supply. Conclusions The farmers in the different economic condition have different appraisements, many factors influence the farmers＇ appraisements
