摘要
总结了昆明医学院公共卫生学院建立30a来,不断探索公共卫生教育国际化与地域特色相结合之路,促进公共卫生教育发展的经验.认为公共卫生教育国际化可以快速提升边疆院校的学术水平,也是提高师资队伍素质的捷径;而公共卫生教育国际化与地域特色相结合是培养学生能力的重要途径,并可促进公共卫生学院的发展.公共卫生教育在公共卫生人才培养、能力建设和促进人群健康方面承担着重要角色.为了应对日益复杂的公共卫生问题,公共卫生学院和疾病预防控制中心应该发挥团队精神,才能实现政府、大学、不同公共卫生机构之间的信息与资源共享、跨部门跨学科的交流与合作,也才能实现真正意义上的公共卫生.
School of Public Health （SPH） in Kunming Medical University （KMU） has been founded for 30 years. The author overviewed their experiences in combination of globalization with local characters in public health education. The globalization in public health education can promote academic level and elevate university staff＇s capacity. To combine globalization with local characters in public health education is a way to empower students and benefit development of a school of public health. Public health education plays a very important role for training, capacity building and health promotion. In order to face challenges of public health, both SPH and CDC should have team working. Only when breaking the boundaries among different agencies institutions and disciplines, realizing information and resources sharing, then can we promote public health for our communitiy.
