摘要
根据河南省棉纺织行业总量过剩、结构失衡、机制不活这个总体状况，分析了减员分流的必要性和再就业的重要性、紧迫性。讨论了在具体操作中应注意的几个问题，提出了实现纺织行业下岗职工再就业的几项对策。
According to general state of the total amount surplus, unequilibrious structure un nimble mechanism in Henan textile industry. This paper analyses the necessity of Laid off works and the importance and urgency of reemployment, discusses several problems which should be paid attention to during the operation of “reducing the staff” and raises meansures of reemployment of Laid off works in the textile industry of Henan province.
