摘要
分析了目前国内谷糙分离设备的现状，论述了对糙米精选除杂的必要性，介绍了谷糙分离精选组合筛的工艺流程及特点，提出了采用谷糙分离精选组合筛和重力谷糙分离机串联分离谷糙和糙米精选的新工艺，以降低对砻谷机脱壳率的要求，减少糙米爆腰和破碎，从而提高大米的整米率和质量。
The current situation of paddy separating equipment in our country was analyzed. The necessity of brown rice selecting was expounded. The process and characteristics of a combined paddy separator were introduced. A new process of using a combined paddy separator in series with a gravity paddy separator was proposed in order to reduce brown rice brokens and to raise the whole rice yield and quality.
