摘要
目的通过调查荆门城区老年糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识的掌握程度,以及与糖尿病控制目标的比较,探讨对老年糖尿病患者实施有效健康教育干预的效果。方法将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组:A组(对照组)30例,采用传统的说教式健康教育模式指导;B组(观察组)30例,结合多种形式健康教育方法进行干预。连续观察6个月,并进行问卷调查和控制目标的检查;采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果观察组患者对糖尿病知识的掌握程度、控制目标优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论根据个体差异,结合多种形式的糖尿病健康教育方法进行干预,可提高患者对糖尿病的认知能力和操作能力,从而使患者积极配合治疗,有利于老年糖尿病患者自我监测血糖和对危险因素的控制,加强生活中自我管理和自我护理的能力,建立健康的生活方式,提高生命质量。
[ Objective ] To evaluate how to carry out effective methods of health education to elderly patients by investigating how much knowledge had elderly patients of diabetes mellitus in Jingmen city mastered so as to realize the goal of controlling blood sugar and preventing complication. [Methods] Evenly divide 60 cases into the control group and the experimental group at random. The former was taught with the traditional preach model, while the latter with the combined model, which centered on intervention of diabetes mellitus. After observed constantly for six months, we checked the difference of the two groups by using questionnaire. The statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 13.0. [Results] The experimental group mastered the knowledge about diabetes mellitus and the controlling target better than the control group. (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusions ] Integration of various health education methods based on patient's disparity can improve their abilities of recognizing of diabetes mellitus and taking care of themselves. We can got good partner treatment in this way. And help old diabetes mellitus patients cultivate ability of monitoring blood sugar, controlling dangerous factors, improving metaboilic level, elevating the ability of managing and nursing themselves. Old diabetes rsellitus patients can improve quality of life by establishing good life style in this way.
