摘要
采用高压釜法合成了单相、致密的LiInS2多晶原料,采用改进的Bridgman晶体生长技术进行红外非线性光学晶体LiInS2的生长研究,获得了φ12 mm×40 mm的高质量完整单晶。对所获得的LiInS2晶体进行了组分分析、高分辨X射线衍射、激光损伤阈值等测试表征,测试结果表明:晶体存在硫过量和锂不足(NLi∶NIn<1),各组分稍微偏离化学计量比;LiInS2晶体的(040)面的半峰宽为78.84'',表明晶体具有较好的完整性;晶体的激光损伤阈值为109 MW/cm2,有待于通过提高晶体质量和晶体表面的质量来进一步提高。
The single phase and high purity polycrystalline LiInS2 was synthesized by autoclave method. High quality and integrated LiInS2 crystal with diameter of 12 mm and length of 40 mm was obtained by modified Bridgman technique. The component analysis of the crystal was provided, and some properties of LiInS2 crystal, such as high resolution X-ray diffractometor and damage threshold are explored. The results show that there is excessive sulfer and lithium shortage, and the components are not stoichiometrie. The band width (FWHM) of X-ray rocking curve of LiInS2 crystal on (040) is 78.84//, which indicates that the crystal has higher integrality. The laser damage threshold of LiInS2 crystal is 109 MW/cm2 , and it can be increased by getting higher quality crystal and improving the surface quality.
