摘要
本文概述了二氧化碳(CO2)安乐死法的作用机制、CO2使用浓度、应用范围和操作注意事项,并讨论了该方法的动物福利、设备改进等问题。
As one of the widely used killing techniques for laboratory animals, the C02 euthanasis mechanism, concentration control, application scope and cautions of carbon dioxide euthanasis method are summarized in this paper. Some new advances of this technique, such as welfare problems and equipment improvement, are also discussed.
