生物瓣置换术后抗凝与抗血小板治疗

摘要 生物瓣(BPV)术后抗凝治疗和抗血小板治疗的争议很多,一些研究结论值得注意,但缺少多中心前瞻随机性试验支持.抗凝治疗其相关出血可以通过降低INR时间,可与此血栓(TE)增加的多少仍有争议.抗血小板治疗对于术后早期预防TE是必要的,也有研究认为术后应单独应用抗血小板治疗.目前不同医学会推荐的抗凝方案也不尽相同.
