摘要
建立了血清中丙戊酸的高效液相色谱快速分析法。用ZorbaxODS柱,pH4.2硫酸水溶液为流动相,检测波长210nm,流速0.8mL/min,线性范围0.82μmol/L~1.8mmol/L(r=0.996),最低检测限0.82μmol/L,平均回收率为98.32%±2.27%,日内与日间的变异系数分别为3.31%(n=5)和4.82%(n=7)。
A method for the determination of valproic acid level in serum with high performance liquid chromatography was established. The conditions were Zorbax ODS (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column, 0.8mL/min sulfuric acid solution (pH 4.2) eluent and UV 210nm detector. The linear range was 0.82μmol/L to 1 8μmol/L (r=0.996) and the detection limit was 0.82μmol/L. The average recovery was 98.32%±2 27% and the coefficients of variation were 3.31% (n=5) and 4.82% (n=7) for within day and day to day tests respectively. This direct method was compared with the derivatization method.
