摘要
目的观察针灸联合超短波治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将140例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予针灸+超短波治疗,对照组采用西医常规疗法。结果在治疗组中,治愈率和总有效率分别为68.57%和97.14%,明显高于对照组的34.29%和87.14%,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗组中,1、2、3疗程有效率分别为74.29%、92.86%、97.14%,明显高于对照组的58.57%、78.57%、87.14%,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合超短波综合治疗慢性盆腔炎有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Observe the therapeutical effect of acupmoxi plus ultra～short wave used to treat chronic pelvic inflam～ mation.Methods 140 patients with chronic pelvic inflam～mation were andomly divided into 2 groups,The reatment group were treated by acupmoxi plus ultra～short.The control group were treated by western medicin.Results In the treatment group,recovery rate and total effective rate were 68.57% and 97.14%,and they were significantly better than 34.29% and 87.14% in the control group（P 〈0.05）.In the treatment group, effective rate in every couse of treatment were 74.29%, 92.86%, 97.14%,and they were significantly better than 58.57%, 78.57%, 87.14% in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupmoxi plus ultra ～ short wave used to treat chronic pelvic inflam～mation have better herapeutical effect,and should be wide applied in clinic.
