摘要
在盆栽和大田条件下,从出穗至成熟进行了0kPa(CK)、-20kPa和-40kPa3种土(壤)水势处理。水育秧水稻结实期籽粒中的ATP(三磷酸腺苷)酶活性、灌浆速率、叶片光合速率(Pn)、根系活力(RA)、结实率和粒重随土水势的下降而减低,叶片中MDA(丙二醛)含量随土水势的下降而增加、旱育秧水稻籽粒中ATP酶活性、灌浆速率、Pn、RA、结实率和粒重以土水势-20kPa的处理最高,-40kPa的处理最低,叶片MDA的含量则相反。表明结实期适当降低土壤水分有促进旱育秧水稻籽粒灌浆的作用。
Under the conditions of pot and field cultivation, the three treatments of soil water potential at 0 kPa(CK), -20 kPa and -40 kPa from heading to maturity were designed. For moist raised rice, the ATPase activity (AA) of grains, grain filling rate (GFR), photosynthetic rate (Pn) of leaves, root activity (RA), seed setting percentage (SSP) and grain weight (GW) decreased, and MDA (malonaldehyde) content in leaves increased, with the decrease of soil water potential. For dry raised seedling rice, the AA, GFR, Pn, RA, SSP and GW were the highest at -20 kPa, and the lowest at -40 kPa among the three treatments, and MDA content of leaves was reversed. It was suggested that the grain filling of dry raised seedling rice can be promoted when soil moisture is reduced properly in grain filling period.
