摘要
风险投资对培育高技术产业发展、促进高技术产业化意义重大,但现实却障碍重重,文章从政策体系、法律法规体系、市场体系、社会文化体系、中介服务体系等5个方面探讨了如何构建有利于中国高技术产业风险投资发展的支撑体系,期望为推进我国高技术产业风险投资事业的持续快速健康发展提供有益的参考。
Risk investment has great significance on the development of high - tech industry and the promotion of high technology industrialization , but the reality is difficult. This paper discusses how to build a supporting system which is propitious to the development from five aspects, such as the policy system, system of laws and regulations, the market system, social and cultural system, and intermediary service system , and expects to provide a useful reference for the sustained, rapid and healthy development of risk investment in high-tech industry of China.
