摘要
以马来酸酐(MA)、衣康酸(IA)为主要原料,通过自由基水溶液聚合,合成了一系列共聚物阻垢剂,考察了MA/IA配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对其阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,在温度为60℃,反应时间为5 h,MA/IA浓度配比为1∶1时,合成的阻垢剂的阻碳酸钙垢效果最佳。
A new type of scale inhibitor was synthesized by maleic anhydride and itaconic acid. A series of scale inhibitor were synthesized by radical polymerization. Factors such as the proportion of maleic anhydride/itaconic acid,reaction temperature and reaction time,which affect the efficiency of scale inhibitor, were discussed by evaluating the percentage of scale. The experimental results showed that when the temperature was 60 ℃, reaction time was 5 h, the concentration ratio was 1 : 1, the inhibition rate was the best.
