摘要
本文根据异步恒延伸轧制对前后S辊驱动电机的要求,设计了同步机“电齿轮”,使两台同步电动机的转速比可以是1~1999之间的任意两个整数之比。用它代替原来只有几种速比的机械齿轮,提高了异步恒延伸轧制的灵活性和带材的厚度精度。
In this paper, based on the requirement of the front and rear S-type rouer driving motor in asynchronous constant elongation rolling, a design of the synchronous motor electrical gear is presented. It makes the rotating speed ratio of two synchronous motors to be a proportion of any two integers ranged from 1 to 1999. Replacing the original mechanic gear by this new one will increases the flexibility of the asynchronous constant elongation rolling and the precision of strip steel thinkress.
