对心肺复苏技术新标准的临床评价 被引量：1

摘要 目的:评价心肺复苏技术新旧标准的临床复苏效果。方法:将心搏骤停109例,根据救治时不同的按压-通气比和首次不同能量电击除颤各分为两组,对复苏后自主心律的恢复、PaO2、PaCO2变化及初步复苏成功率在规定时间内进行比较。结果:院内双人复苏时,按压-通气比仍15∶2的效果显著优于30∶2(P<0.05),电击除颤200J和360J比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:双人复苏时按压-通气比以15∶2为宜,单人复苏首选30∶2,电击除颤能量首选200J。
