摘要
试验主要按不同蛋白质饲料,设4种不同饲粮类型:Ⅰ组以鱼粉与豆饼为主;Ⅱ组以亚麻饼、菜籽饼与豆饼为主;Ⅲ组以2—3种油饼类,并补加蛋、赖氨酸,其饲粮中粗蛋白质比标准约低1.5—2.O%;Ⅳ组饲粮中代谢能与粗蛋白质比标准约低15%,接近本省当前一般养鸡生产配方,作为对照组。试验结果表明,试Ⅰ组体增重与产蛋量较高,但成本高,经济效益差;Ⅱ组由于不同油饼类配合中氨基酸的互补作用,对生长与产蛋起了良好作用;Ⅲ组生长期低粗蛋白质配方中补加蛋、赖氨酸后,显著提高生产与经济效益,对照组营养标准虽低,但仍有一定经济效益。本试验在生长与产蛋期中优选出饲粮配方15种。
Four kinds of diet containing different kind of protein were used to feed the four groups of laying hens in the experiments respectively. Mainly, group Ⅰ fed with the diet containing fish meal and pealmeal; group Ⅱ fed with diet containing flaxseed meal, rapeseed meal and pea meal; group Ⅲ with 2 or 3 kinds of oilmeal, supplied with methionine and lysine, in which crudeprotein was 1.5%~2% lower than the standard level; group Ⅳ fed with diet currently used in the chicken farm in Gansu province, in which metabolizable energy and crude protein were about 15% lower than the standard level. The results showed that the body weight gain and eggroduction were higher in group Ⅰ, but the economic benefit was lower because of the high price of materials. The body growth and egg production were improved in group Ⅱ due to the mutual supplement of amino acid in different oilmeal. There were good egg production and eeonmic benefit in group Ⅲ because of the supplement of methionine and lysine to the crudeprotein-lower diet. Although the nutritive level of diet used in control group was lower, there were some extent of economic benefit. Fifteen diets were selected for the growth period hens and laying hen.
