药用真菌马勃多糖中单糖组成GC-MS分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究马勃多糖的单糖组成及其物质的量之比。方法:马勃多糖经三氟醋酸水解,糖腈乙酰酯衍生化后,利用GC-MS法分析单糖组成,相对校正因子法测定单糖的物质的量之比。结果:马勃的三种多糖CGPⅠ-1、CGP-Ⅱ和CGP-Ⅲ均含有甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖,各单糖对应物质的量之比分别为1.22∶11.28∶3.92,1.74∶26.45∶0.36,1.06∶9.90∶3.29。此外,CGP-Ⅲ还含有一种未知单糖,由于无相应标糖无法确定其成分。结论:马勃的三种多糖均由多种单糖构成。Rtx-5silms柱可用于马勃多糖的单糖组成分析。 Objective: To identify the components of polysaccharides from Calvatia gigantea and their molar ratio. Methods: The components of the polysaccharide were identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC - MS). Monosaceharides from polysaceharides were derivatized to acetylated aldononitriles before determination. Results: Polysaccharide were composed of CGPI - Ⅰ, CGP - Ⅱ and CGP - Ⅲ, all including mannose, glucose and galactose, with the molar ratio of 1.22:11.28:3.92,1.74:26.45:0.36, 1.06:9.9:3.29 in different CGPs. Besides; an unknown monosaecharide was found in CGP- Ⅲ. Conclusion: CGP is made up of several monosaccharides. The column of Rtx - 5silms is eligible for the analysis of Calvatia gigantea oolvsaccharides.
