摘要
目的研究钢筋贯通式钢管煤矸石混凝土节点,分析其受力性能、试件的破坏过程和形态,验证其可靠性.方法对钢筋贯通式钢管煤矸石混凝土节点在低周往复荷载作用下的试验测试,得出梁端的力和位移的滞回曲线、钢筋的变形曲线以及节点区管壁的变形,分析试件的延性和耗能能力.结果梁端的力和位移滞回曲线比较饱满,钢筋贯通式钢管煤矸石混凝土节点的位移延性、耗能能力比较理想,抗震性能良好,符合抗震设计的要求.结论试验表明,该节点传力线路明确、合理,受力性能良好.为节点在工程中的应用提供了参考.
Tests on steel bar passed through joint of gangue concrete filled steel tube under low-cycle reversed loading were carried out. Through the experimental study of steel bar passed through joint of gangue concrete filled steel tube, the deforming process and the failure patterns were analyzed. Based on the experimental results, the hysteretic curves, rebar and steel tube have been depicted. The ductility and the ability of energy dissipation have been analyzed. The hysteretic curve for joint was plump. It can be concluded that the ductility and the ability of energy dissipation were ideal. And it satisfied the requirement of the structural seismic design. The tested result shows that this kind of joint is working well and reliable. This provides reference for the engineering application.
