摘要
目的对比研究隐裂牙的几种治疗方法,以提高治疗隐裂牙的疗效。方法对115例患者的118颗患牙进行治疗,其中,17颗行调治疗,19颗复合树脂充填后全冠修复,82颗根管治疗后行全冠或桩核冠修复,1年后复查。结果118颗患牙治疗后总有效率85.59%。结论根管治疗后行全冠或桩核冠修复是隐裂牙治疗的有效方法。
Objective To compare the curative effects of cracked teeth with different ways and to raise therapeutic effect for treatment of cracked tooth. Methods 115 patients with 118 cracked teeth were treated, 17 of them received occlusion adjustment, 19 of them were filled with composite resin and then received full crown restoration,82 of them received full crown or post and core crown restoration after root canal therapy. After one year, all patients were examined.Results The total effective rate of 118 cracked teeth was 85.59%. Conclusion After root canal therapy, full crown or post and core crown restoration is the effective way to cure cracked tooth.
