摘要
目的为适应新形势的变化,满足老年离退休干部对疗养护理的新要求,积极构建和实施整体护理模式。方法针对老年离退休干部特点,以各类慢性病防治和健康教育为出发点,以注重他们的人文关怀和心理需求为着力点,制定全新的疗养整体护理模式。结果在全面实施整体护理模式后,入院的老年离退休干部对疗养护理工作的满意度由之前的91.5%提升到98%以上。结论积极构建针对老年离退休干部整体护理模式并全力实施,大幅提升了疗养老干部的疗养效果,提高了疗养员对护理服务的满意度,取得了预期效果。
Objective In order to adapt to the new situation and meet the new demand of eldedy retired cadres for restorative care, holistic nursing model was constructed and implemented.Methods According to the characteristics of elderly retired cadres , a brand new holistic nursing model was formulated on the basis of taking prevention and cure of all kinds of chronic diseases and health education as the starting point and regarding humanistic care and psychological need as center of effort. Results After the holistic nursing model was implemented,the degree of satisfaction of nursing services increased from 91.5% to above 98%.Conclusion Actively constructing holistic nursing model for elderly retired cadres and making great efforts to practise can improve their convalescent effects ,increase their degree of satisfaction for nursing service and obtain expectant purpose.
