可实现多种形式燃烧的试验系统开发

Development of a System Used in Multi-mode Combustion Experiments

摘要 针对发动机燃烧过程开发设计的专门试验装置,装置主要由燃烧器部分、混合气配给系、燃料/空气预混合系、喷油系、点火系、控制系统和数据采集分析等系统组成,不仅具备良好的燃烧边界条件可控性,而且可实现对多种燃料、多种点火方式的燃烧进行试验研究。在相应仪器设备配套情况下,可对动态信号、光谱信号及相关稳态参数信号进行采集分析,可完全模拟发动机的燃烧工作过程。 An experimental system was developed for the study of combustion in engines. This system is composed of burner, mixture allocate system, air/fuel pre-blend system, spark ignition system, control system and data acquisition/ analysis system. The combustion boundary conditions are quite easy to be controlled in this system. Various fuel and various spark ignition modes can be tested in this system. Assisted by the corresponding instruments, this experimental system can acquire and analyses the dynamic signals, spectrum signals and the stabilized signals. Therefore, this system can fully simulate the combustion in engines.
