摘要
介绍了振动焊接技术在大型精密焊接结构制造中的应用,采用压痕法对焊接结构残余应力进行测试,应用激光跟踪仪对平面度进行测量。结果表明,采用振动焊接技术,可以降低焊接结构的残余应力,保证焊接结构的尺寸稳定性。
In this paper, applieation of vibratory welding technology in big precision welded structure producing is introduced, which use indentation method to measure residual stress of welded structure, and apply laser tracking system to measure flatness. The conclusion is that this technology works well in decreasing the residual stess of welded structure, maintaining stability of welded structure.
