摘要
目的:研究血浆中血栓前体蛋白(TpP)的检测在动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗塞(ATCI)急性早期诊断中的意义。方法:利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分析法测定对照组中30例健康自愿者和实验组30例ATCI患者血浆中前体蛋白和D-二聚体(D-Dimer)的水平。结果:ATCI患者血浆TpP和D-Dimer水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。ATCI患者血浆TpP水平在6 h内达到高峰,然后降低;D-Dimer水平持续升高。结论:ATCI患者血浆TpP水平显著高于正常人,血浆TpP水平动态研究发现,其可作为早期诊断ATCI的一项敏感指标,对ATCI的急性早期溶栓治疗有指导作用。
Objective：To study the Significance of Thrombus Precursor Protein （TpP） for diagnosis of Arteriosclerotic Thrombotic Cerebral Infarction （ATCI）, Methods： To use TpP ELISA determine the level of TpP and D-Dimer in 30 cases healthy people and 30 eases ATCI. Results： The levels of TpP and D-Dimer in blood plasma of femal and mail ATCI were higher than the healthy people, the differences had the significance（P 〈0.05）. The TpP began to rise and reach the apex in 6 hours, and then it declined. Meanwhile, D-Dimer rose continually. Conclusion： The TpP in ATCI was higher than the healthy people, and the dynamic study showed that the TpP can be used as a sensitive index in the Diagnosis of Arteriosclerotic Thrombotic Cerebral Infarction, and it was significant in the early treatment of ATCL.
