摘要
针对某型柴油机气门早期断裂问题,分析了宏观和微观断裂形貌,对材料化学成分,硬度和断裂过程进行了全面分析。结果表明,气门断裂与异常受力和自身尺寸有关。
Aiming to early fracture of an engine intake valve, the analysis on macro - and micro - scopically was done. The materials chemical composition, hardness and fracture process were analyed . The result showed that the fracture was related to the abnomal foce and self size.
