不同程度淹水对10种草种的MDA(丙二醛)含量的影响

摘要 以MDA含量为指标,对10种草种进行了耐淹性试验研究。采用不同淹水处理,观测了10种草种MDA含量的动态变化情况。结果表明:兰引三号、麦冬、矮生狗牙根在半淹水和全淹水条件下表现良好。就其美观及综合因素考虑兰引三号、麦冬、矮生狗牙根是适合江、河、湖泊、洲滩、堤岸种植的优良草种。 The paper taked the MDA contents as the index, preliminary reach has been conducted on the submergence. Observed the changed of the MDA contents by various flooding treatments methods. The results showed that the(Zoysia japonica cv. Lantai No.3 ),( Cynodon dactylon x C. transvaalensis )and [Liriope spicata (Thunb.) Lour.] has the most flooding tolerance, no matter under the sub-waterlogged or total waterlogged. Considering all kinds of factors the(Zoysia japonica cv. Lantai No.3 ),( Cynodon dactylon x C. transvaalensis )and [Liriope spicata (Thunb.) Lour.] are fine grass species suitable for planting on rivers, lakes, levee and bench.
