The basic situation of the 9 government office buildings was reviewed. The related energy consumption evaluation index was introduced and the energy consumption of the 9 office buildings was surveyed and analysed. It can be referenced for the determination of the energy consumption ration for the government office buildings in Dalian and the establishment of building energy-saving monitoring system.
