摘要
基于现有服装压力舒适性测试系统的不足,开发了塑身内衣服装压力测试系统,介绍了该系统的硬件组成,并采用Microsoft Visual C++6.0进行了相应的软件开发,阐述了系统调零、数据实时采集、标定、采样频率调节、历史数据回放、数据类型转换等功能的实现过程.采用该系统对针织塑身腰封进行测试表明,该系统实现了对塑身内衣压力的精确测量,工作稳定,操作方便.
The pressure test system for underwear is developed aiming at the deficiencies of existing garment pressure test systems. The components of system＇s hardware is introduced and the corresponding software is developed by using Microsoft Visual C＋＋6.0. The realizing process of zero adjustment, real-time data acquisition, calibration, sampling frequency adjustment, playback of historical data, conversion of data type are described. According to the pressure test to the waist tape with this system, it is shown that the system can accurately measure the knit underwear, and it is very stable and easy to operate.
