摘要
目的观察成人急性白血病(AL)患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(sLDH)变化,以探索其对AL诊断、治疗及预后判断的临床意义。方法用全自动生化分析仪动态检测43例AL患者化疗前、完全缓解期sLDH。结果成人AL患者治疗前sLDH显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),完全缓解期恢复正常。治疗前sLDH升高组完全缓解率、有效率明显低于sLDH正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论sLDH水平可作为成人AL的病情动态观察和疗效、预后监测的重要参考指标。
Objective To study the change of serum lactic dehydrogenase（sLDH）and its clinical significance in the patients with adult acute leukemia（AL）. Methods Serum LDH level in 43 cases of adult AL were dynamically measured before chemotherapy and in complete remission period. Results The sLDH level of adult AL patients before chemotherapy were significantly higher than that of normal controls, and fell into normal in complete remission period. The complete remissive rate and the response rate in the high LDH group were lower than those in the normal LDH group. Conclusion Serum LDH level may be considered as an important indicator for therapeutic effects and prognosis for adult AL.
