摘要
通过不同试验处理初步确定了穿龙薯蓣种子休眠的主要原因并通过试验寻找出了破除休眠的方法。结果表明:通过去皮露胚处理的种子发芽率无明显提高,说明穿龙薯蓣种子不具有种皮抑制吸水障碍性休眠;通过穿龙薯蓣种子和种子翼翅不同溶剂提取液对白菜种子发芽率的影响试验表明穿龙薯蓣种子和种子翼翅中含有抑制发芽物质。在确定穿龙薯蓣种子休眠原因后,通过不同试验处理,寻找到了合理破除种子休眠的方法。结果表明:在破除休眠试验中以0—5℃低温层基处理4周和100mg/kg赤霉素浸种24h效果最佳。
This paper confirms the main reason of Dioscorea nipponica seed dormancy initially mrougn different texts, and find out the ways to break the seed dormancy. The result shows that: peel and expose the embryo is no obvious in increase Dioscorea nipponica seed germination rate. It proves the Dioscorea nipponica seeds dont have water obstacles inhibit seed - coat of dormancy. seeds and wings extracts of different solvents on the cabbage seeds germination rate of experiments shows that: Dioscorea nipponica seeds and wings contains inhibit germination materials. In determining the rea- son for the dormancy of Dioscorea nipponica seed, the paper through different dealt with of tests, found out a reasonable approach to break seed dormancy. The results showed that: In the trial of breaking dormancy, 0 - 5 ℃cold stratification 4 weeks and using 100 mg/kg gibberellin soak seeds 24 hours have the best effect.
