摘要
对菊苣(Cichorium intybus L.)植物学特征、生物学特性、种类、组成成分与利用现状等领域的研究进行了综述与展望,为进一步加强菊苣研究提供参考。
In present paper the research progress about botanic characteristic, biological characteristics, category, chemical composition of Cichorium intybus L. , as well as its exploitation and application are reviewed and some comments are also given.
