摘要
为了探讨长江中上游低质低效次生林改造途径,摸索综合评价土壤肥力及林分土壤发育状况的方法。研究了次生林不同林分类型土壤微生物数量及酶的活性.结果表明:次生林土壤微生物数量主要集中在0~20cm的土层中,随土层加深,其数量迅速减少;不同林分类型土壤微生物数量相差很大,阔叶林、针阔混交林的数量多而针叶林的数量少;土壤酶的活性以针阔混交林、阔叶林的强.
In order to probe a way to transform the lowland secondary forests in themiddle-upper reaches of the Changjiang river and try to find out a synthetical way to evaluate the soil fertility and stand soil growth condition,we have researched into the amount ofsoil microorganisms and the soil enzyme activity of different forest groups in the secondaryforests. The study shows that soil microorganisms are mainly concentrated in the 0-20 cmsoil layer; their amount rapidly decreases with the increase of soil depth; and there is aworld of differences in various forest groups, the number of soil microorganisms in thebroadleaved forests or the mixed forests being greater than in the coniferous forests. Thesoil enzyme activity in the broadleaved forests and the mixed forests shows a high tendency.
