摘要
对浙江省近年来水生蔬菜的栽培面积、主要种类、栽培技术、贮藏加工等方面给予了介绍,并提出了今后工作的方向。
This paper presents some aspects of aquatic vegetable industry in Zhejiang province. Basic information is given referring to cultivation area, the major growing species, agricultural practices and storage. The future works for promoting this industry are also discussed.
