摘要
分子标记是继形态标记、细胞标记、生化标记之后出现的一种全新的遗传标记方法,已被广泛地应用于生命科学研究的各个领域。主要介绍了现阶段常用的几种分子标记技术,以及这些标记技术在莲遗传多样性分析中的应用,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Molecular markers are one kind of new genetic markers following the morphological markers, cytological markers and biochemical markers. Therefore they have been extensively applied in each areas of life science. Some commonly used methods of molecular markers and their application in genetic diversity of lotus was introduced. And the prospect of their application was also discussed.
