Feasibility Test for Jacking Root Studs of Root Type Caisson Foundation Under Water

摘要 马鞍山长江公路大桥施工桥位处地下水非常丰富,为验证在有水环境下根键顶进施工的可行性,在施工现场针对1个根式基础进行根键水下顶进试验。沉井首先下沉到位并封底,在干环境下安装好根键,然后灌满水,由潜水员下潜至预定位置,利用千斤顶进行根键顶进。试验结果表明,水下项进根健顺利、安全,单根根键顶进时间为12h,比干环境长6~8h,顶进过程未出现异常现象。水下顶进根键可行。 The underground water at the site of Maanshan Changjiang River Highway Bridge is very abundant. To verify the feasibility of jacking root studs of the root type caisson foundation in the environment with water, the test for jacking the studs of a caisson foundation of such type under water was made in the field. The caisson was first sunk to its designed elevation and the bottom sealing for the caisson was done. The studs were installed in the caisson the dry environment and the caisson was filled with water. The diver then dived into water to the designated place in the caisson where he would jack the studs into the soil outside the caisson. The results of the test show that the jacking of the root studs under water is smooth and safe. The time for jacking of a single stud is 12 h which is 6-8 h longer than that of a stud in the dry environment. In the process of jacking, no abnormalities happened and the jacking of the studs under water is feasible.
