摘要
青岛海湾大桥非通航孔桥承台按照其大小分E、F、G三类,共90个,施工采用4种围堰方案:钢板桩围堰、插板桩围堰、单壁钢围堰及有底混凝土围堰方案。介绍4种围堰的结构设计与施工方法,从工期及经济性方面对这4种方案进行分析比较。从现场应用情况来看,单壁钢围堰及混凝土吊箱围堰在工期、成本控制方面比其他2种围堰形式有较大优势。
The pile caps of the non-navigable bridge of Qingdao Bay Bridge, 90 numbers in total, can be classified into Types E, F and G by the sizes of the caps. In the construction of the pile caps, 4 kinds of the cofferdams, i.e. the steel sheet pile cofferdam, plug-in sheet pile cofferdam, single-wall steel cofferdam and concrete boxed cofferdam with bottom, were used. The structural design and construction methods for the 4 kinds of the cofferdams are introduced herewith and the cofferdams are compared and analyzed from aspects of the construction time schedule and economy. According to the application of the cofferdams in the field, the single-wall steel cofferdam and the concrete boxed cofferdam with bottom have considerable advantage over the other two kinds of the cofferdams in regard to the construction time schedule and construction cost control.
