摘要
本文在总结笔者四年的定向运动课程教学经验的基础上,对普通高校开设定向运动课程的重要性进行了阐述,并针对广西高校开设定向运动课程遇到的主要问题提出相应的解决办法,为广西高校进行体育教学改革,拓展体育教学内容,尽快开设定向运动课程提供参考依据。
By ways of literature and survey interview, based on four years experience on opening the oriented sports courses, the author elaborates the importance and puts forward the countermeasures to problems for opening the very courses in universities and colleges , which would provide reference for those universities carrying on the sports teaching reform and widening the contents to open the oriented sports courses as soon as possible.
