摘要
面对当前高校学生人格培育工作现状,依据当前高校教育管理体制及现有的人力物质条件,按照人才培养的目标,遵循事物发展的规律,以体系结构形式,探究协同有序、科学合理、符合教育规律和人才成长发展规律的高校学生人格培育工作体系。
The thesis aims at studying the present situation of the personality cultivation working system of university students. Based on the administrative system of higher education and the present human resources and material conditions, according to the objective of talent training and law of development, the thesis intends to explore the architecture of the personality cultivation system that is collaborative and orderly, scientific and reasonable, and consistent with the law of education and talents development.
