摘要
近年来,食品安全领域警钟不断,食品安全问题成为了社会各界关注的首要问题之一。本文在对食品安全问题进行阐述的基础上,认为追溯系统是解决食品安全问题的重要手段之一,并对追溯技术中应用最广泛的自动识别技术在国内外的应用现状分别进行了论述、比较,构建了集成各种自动识别技术共同解决食品可追溯性问题的系统模型,通过详细功能划分和流程设计,为食品安全领域的管理提供参考。
In recent years, food safety alarm bell tolled, food safety problem has become one of the top problems of the society. The article thinks that traceability system should be one of the most important methods on the basis of explanation of food safety problem, and this article discuss, compare, analyze the status quo of RFID widely used in traceability technology home and abroad. Eventually, this article builds up a system model for solving food traceability problem, by functional separation and processing designing, this article provides references for food safety management.
