摘要
对夏秋季桑树的生长规律及桑叶中水分、蛋白质和糖分含量进行了研究测定，结果表明：桑叶中水分、蛋白质含量随桑叶生长天数的增加而减少，而糖分含量的变化则不规律。
Summer-autumal growth of mulberry trees and dynamics of moisture content were studied, and protein and sugar contents of mulberry leaves were analysised. The results showed that contents of moisture and protein decreased with the increase of leave age in days, but change of sugar contents was irregular.
