QFD Decision-making Models for Engineering Design Based on Flexible Needs

摘要 传统的QFD决策模型中,顾客需求权重向量被要求表达或集结成为离散型的实数数字标度,以便于决策。这不符合QFD中的顾客需求的表达方式,也会造成顾客需求信息的部分"流失",影响决策结果。本文在提出顾客柔性需求的概念以及在QFD模型中以区间数权向量表达顾客柔性需求的合理性的建议基础上,对以区间数权向量表达顾客需求权重的工程设计QFD决策模型提出两种求解方法:单方案目标规划优化后的多方案目标规划求解方法;基于可能度矩阵的方法。为基于顾客柔性需求的QFD柔性决策提供了一种新的思路。 For traditional QFD decision-making models, the customer needs weights vector is required to be expressed or assembled eventually as real number of discrete digital scale to facilitate decision-making. This does not conform to the way of expression for customer needs in QFD, causing part of the "wastage" of customer needs. This paper introduces the concept of flexible customer needs; as well as proposes that need weights vector of intervals is more reasonable to express flexible needs in QFD model than discrete ones. While vector of intervals is employed to express the customer needs in QFD decision-making model for engineering design, two methods are proposed . the solving method of the multi-scheme objective optimization after single objectives optimization and the method based on the possibility matrix, which provides a new technique in QFD decision-making models based on flexible needs.
