摘要
在1台75t/h旋风炉上进行垃圾焚烧飞灰高温熔融处理试验,采用煤粉作为辅助燃料,飞灰与煤粉质量比为2:8,试验结果表明,存旋风炉内温度达到1450℃,飞灰中的二恶英能够被彻底分解,急冷熔渣、尾气及静电除尘器捕集灰中二恶英浓度很低,分别为2~3ng—TEQ/kg、0.033ng—TEQ/m^3以及23~26ng—TEQ/kg,远低于现行国际、国内二恶英排放标准,可以安全排放。对急冷熔渣、尾部飞灰进行重金属浸出实验研究,发现重金属浸出量远低于国家危险废物浸出标准,说明急冷熔渣及尾部色灰可作为建筑材料循环利用。由于目前试验的旋风炉没有尾部脱硫、脱硝装置,所以试验过程中SO2、NOx排放浓度高,说明在未来的高温熔融炉尾气处理中需加入脱硫、脱硝装置,以控制NOx及SO2排放。
Test study on fly ash from MSWI molten was conducted in a 75 t/h cyclone furnce at temperature of. 1 450℃ , using pulverized coal as auxiliary fuel with mass proportion of coal to fly ash is 8:2, the results showed that dioxin concentration in slag was 2 - 3 ng - TEQ/kg, 0. 033 ng - TEQ/m^3 in exhaust gas, and 23 - 26 ng - TEQ/kg in fly ash from ESP, which were far below the enviromental protection standard at home and aboard, indicating slag and fly ash from ESP are harmless and can be used recyclely. Heavy metals extraction toxicity test for slag and fly ash from ESP showed that the extraction quantity of heavy metals are far below the shandard of "Identification standard for hazardous wastes", also showing that the slag and fly ash from ESP are harmless. For the lack of measues of De - NOx and De - SOx, the NOx and SO x emmisions are higher than the exisisting enviromental protection standard, therefore De - NO and De - SOx measues should be taken while the fly ash from MSWI will be molten in cyclone furce at high temperature.
