摘要
对泡沫金属钛及其合金的制备技术进行了总结,根据泡沫金属内部气孔的结构不同,探讨了开孔和闭孔泡沫钛的制备方法及原理。重点介绍了混合粉末烧结法与气体卷入技术。分析了各种方法的优缺点和制备泡沫钛及其合金的可行性。
According to the structure of inner pores open and closed pores, the present preparation techniques of foamed Ti and Ti alloys are reviewed. This paper describes the preparation techniques, inclading that of cellular metal based on space-holder, sintering of metallic hollow sphere and gas entrapped technique. The merits, demerits and the feasibility of each process were also discussed.
