摘要
为了健全动物保护法律体系,完善相关动物福利制度,我国在动物福利方面的立法应该加强,构建一个符合我国自身国情的动物福利法律体系。在澳大利亚,不论是国家还是各州都制定了关于动物福利的法律法规或标准,并形成了具有一定特色的法律体系。这为构建我国相关法律体系提供了良好的范本。
The animal welfare legislation should be strengthened in our country in order to construct and improve the legal system of animal protection, animal welfare-related systems in particular in line with our country＇s conditions. This paper introduces legal regulations and standards regarding Australia＇s animal welfare both at the sate level and at the provincial level, which will provide some reference for the related work in China.
