摘要
建设创新型国家,关键要有创新型人才,尤其是具有创新精神的创新型专业技术人员群体。本文结合吉林省经济社会发展的实际情况,对我省专业技术人员继续教育工作提出了相关建议,以期对我省专业技术人员继续教育战略规划的制定起到参考作用。
